Abstract

The research objective was to determine the influence of Quality of Service, Amenities, Price and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty in Family KTV Karaoke Inul Vizta at Padang. The samples was taken in this study 100 respondents by using a purposive sampling technique which. The data used Primary data, the analysis model used multiple linear regression analysis and t-statistics test. The results of the research were the variable quality of service, amenities significantly effect on the Customer Satisfaction Loyalty. While the variable price was not significantly effect on Customer Loyalty.
