Abstract

ABSTRACT
The value of the company is an investor perception of the company, which is often associated with the stock price. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and earnings per share to the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Independent variables were used in this study is profitability, leverage, and earnings per share while for the dependent variable is the value of the company. The sample used in this study of 30 companies by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Analysis of the data used in this study is a model of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
The results of this analysis, Profitability and Leverage is not proven effect on the value of the company, while earnings per share proven positive effect on firm value.
