PENGARUH SISTIM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, DESENTARALISASI DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PEMERINTAH KOTA PADANG PANJANG)

Abstract

These research having an intention to prove the influence of internal control systems, decentralization and the utilization of information technology to managerial performance of Padang Panjang government. The populations of this research is all of the SKPD Padang panjang. This research use a census method or total sampling. The are 45 respondents participated in this research.  This research use primary data, and data that collected with questionnaire. Data has been gathered is processed by multiple regression analysis with help of SPSS versions 16. Results of this research prove that 1) Internal control system have positive and significant effect on managerial performance of Padang Panjang  government. 2) Decentralization have positive and significant effect on managerial performance of Padang Panjang  goverment. 3) Utilization of information technology have positive and significant effect on managerial performance of Padang Panjang  government.
