Employees are resources that play a critical role in supporting the achievement of the
company's success . Therefore , companies should consider the factors that affect employees
in the work . Factor a good working environment and good working motivation can improve
employee morale department of agriculture animal husbandry and forestry kab.padang
pariaman . This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work
motivation on morale . The sample in this study using census approach is numbered 80 people
.The scale of measurement using a Likert scale . In the analysis of data using multiple linear
regression . The results showed the working environment positive effect on morale and work
motivation positive effect on morale .
