PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDU PADA KOPERASI DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract
Performance is the illustration of implementation accomplishment of an activity/ program/ wisdom in achieving target, goal, mission, and organization perspective. The list which an organization want to reach, it is inserted in the formulation of strategic planning. Organization culture is a concept as one of the success key in an organization to reach its goal. “motive†that means propulsion. Locus of control is one of the personality variable that is defined as an individual belief toward capable or not capable in controlling destiny it self.

This research has s purpose to know the effect of organization culture, work motivation, and locus of control toward the performance of individual cooperation in Padang City. The researchers used cooperation employees in Padang City as a sample. The data was processed by using SPSS 17. The result of the research showed that : 1) there was no the effect of organization culture toward individual performance. 2) there was the effect of work motivation toward individual performance. 3) there was no the effect of locus of control toward individual performance.
