Abstract
The goal of the research to improved determine the effect of financial performance of the stock price. In the study have uses sampled are 15 companie wich is in the sub-sector group of hotel companies, tourism restaurants listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample census method. Data used in this study secondary data . In the current study the researchers used two categories of variables. The first independent variable, the variable consists of current ratio, return on equity, return on asset , earning per share and debt to equity ratio. Stages of the data processing is done by using the method of quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression model and t - test statistics. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that current ratio, return on asset and earning per share significant influence on stock price, the test results also show that return on equity and debt to equity ratio are not significantly influence on stock price at sub-sector group of hotel companies, tourism restaurants listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange
