Abstract

Turnover Intention is the main threat for modern organizations today that could potentially cause a lot of negative impact on the company or organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention leadership to the employees of PT. Pancaran Sinar Mandiri Padang. Population and sample in this study were 34 employees. By using the technique of sampling method in which the entire population census made in the research object. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. To perform hypothesis testing is done by using quantitative analysis method through the formation of multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is done using SPSS 17 found that job satisfaction, organizational commitment each significant negative effect on turnover intention. While the leadership but not significant negative effect on turnover intention.
