Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and worked environment on employee’s worked spirit on marketing department at PT. Indosat Padang branch. Population and samples were employees of the marketing department at PT. Indosat Padang branch which amounted 53 peoples. The sampling techniquen used census sampling. The data analysis technique used deskriptif and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that the motivation, compensation and worked the environment were significantly affect on employee’s worked spirit.
