PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH KOTA PADANG (Studi Empiris pada SKPD Kota Padang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine : ( 1 ) Effect of training on the performance of city government employees Padang ( 2 ) The effect of work motivation on employee performance Padang city government ( 3 ) Effect of training and motivation to work together on employee performance Padang city government . This research uses purposive sampling method and a simple regression analysis . Collecting data using questionnaires in the media spread to employees treasurer in the city of Padang on education by the number of respondents as many as 76 people . Based on the results of this study concluded that ( 1 ) Training positive and significant effect on the performance of city government employees Padang ( 2 ) Motivation affect the performance of Padang city government employees .
