PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) DAN DANA ALOKASI UMUM (DAU) TERHADAP ANGGARAN BELANJA MODAL (Studi Empiris Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Abstract

This research aims to review the influence of economic growth, region own source revenue (PAD), and general allocation fund (DAU), on capital xpending empirical studies on distric/city in west sumatera years 2010-2014 consiting of 12 district and 7 city, the sample are take by use saturated sampling method with 95 data of sample. The data used in research is realitation reports of regional local government finance office budget of west sumatera taking from supreme audit region agency and central bureau of statistic as needed. The method of data analysis in research was linear regression multiple on SPSS program.

            The results shows that variable of economic growth, region own source revenue don’t have a significant influence on the capital expenditure white general allocation fund is significant on the capital expenditure means from three independent variable research only general allocation fond that, hypothesis accepted by capital spending more of that was rejected.
