Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of using e-filling particular individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Bukittinggi. Variables used in this research were perceived behavior control that consists of three variables: self-efficacy, facility resource conditions, technology facility conditions, and further variables perceived ease to use, security and privacy. This study uses primary data by spreading the questionnaire, the respondents of this study individual taxpayers using e-filling listed on KPP Pratama Bukittinggi sample collection technique using a convenience sampling. Analysis using SPSS 20. The results of the study that hypothesis 1 self efficacy had no effect on the use of e-filling behavior. Hypothesis 2 resource facility conditions have no effect on the use of e-filling behavior. Hypothesis 3 technology facility condition has an influence on the behavior of the use of e-filling. Hypothesis 4 perceived ease to use had no effect on the use of e-filling behavior. Hypothesis 5 security and privacy have an influence on the behavior of the use of e-filling.
