ANALISIS SEKTOR BASIS DALAM RANGKA PENGEMBANGAN PEREKONOMIAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN WILAYAH DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyses the position of structure economic, sector of superior and to make strategy developing in Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. By using the analytical approach of MPR, Shift Share and Location quotients. The scope of analyses directed to observe contribution from sectors of superior about PDRB Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan periode 2010-2014.

Can be concluded that the sector showed superior, basis sector and competitive from MPR  analyses that is the sector basis is real estate sector. Because there is the activities of development of the building, maintenance or rentals building can be obtain in kabupaten Pesisir Selatan and the analyses of shift share  which of competitive sector that is trade big sector, the retail of reparations car and motorcycle, growth of this sector give big contributions for the economy of region in Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. According to analyses of Location Quotient is agriculture sector, forestry and fishery. It is give that most residents in the area of Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan is still engaged in agriculture. This sectors have given big contributions to economics in Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.
