ANALISIS PENGARUH JUMLAH PENDUDUK, PDRB, PENDIDIKAN, DAN PENGANGGURAN TERHADAP JUMLAH PENDUDUK MISKIN DI PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

One of the causes of poverty is the lack of income and assets (lack of income and assets) to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, housing, health and education were acceptable (acceptable). Besides, poverty is also associated with the growth rate of income, level of education and health and other issues that explicitly are strongly associated with poverty.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Population, the GDP, education, and unemployment on the number of poor people in the province of West Sumatra. The analytical method used is the Linear Regression method Regression.
The results of this study demonstrate that the significant value of 0.000 F smaller than the significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that the variables of population, the GDP, education, and unemployment simultaneously significant effect on the variable number of poor people in the province of West Sumatra.
