Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze and prove that affects service quality to satisfaction of cutomer / clientand also analyze and prove that the company's image affect the satisfaction of cutomer / client Bakery of Breadtalk in the city of Padang. This study has a type of quantitative and population used accidental sampling method. Used as a measurement scale is a reference to determine the length of existing short Internationally he measured.
Results of testing the first hypothesis can be concluded that the quality of service significantly influence satisfaction of cutomer / client in the bread of Breadtalk Field. From the first hypothesis test results can be concluded that the company's image signikan influence to satisfaction of cutomer / client in the bread of Breadtalk
