PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI (APD) BAGI PEKERJA BAGIAN PRODUKSI TERHADAP KESELAMATAN KERJA DI PT. LEMBAH KARET KOTA PADANG

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and personal protective equipment to the safety of employees. In this study, the samples were 60 production employees of PT. Lembah karet city at Padang.The type of data are primary data which is obtained through questionnaires. There are two categories of variables: the first, dependent variable which is the safety of employees, the second independent variables that consisting of job stress and personal protective equipment. To perform the hypothesis testing is done by using quantitative analysis method through the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistics test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing was found that worked stress had negative and not significant affect on the safety of employees at PT. Lembah karet city at Padang, then personal protective equipment was positive and significant impact on the safety of employees at PT. Lembah Karet city at Padang.
