ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT UPAH TENAGA KERJA PADA INDUSTRI AGRIBISNIS DI KECAMATAN LUBUK BASUNG KABUPATEN AGAM (STUDI KASUS PT. JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA Tbk)

Abstract

Industrial problems has long been a matter of complex and prolonged it can happen because it is not the establishment of harmonious working relationship between workers or workers with employers who are often at odds, especially in terms of system of wages and working conditions. This research was conducted at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, District Lubuk cone Agam.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of educational level of workers, the effect of tenure of workers in the company, and the number of family dependents of workers to the level of wages workers agribusiness industry in the District Lubuk cone. The sample used in this study were 60 workers who came from the company. The data used are primary data by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by the method of ordinary least squares (OLS).
According to analysis done can be seen that the educational level of workers and workers' tenure significant effect on the level of wages workers agribusiness industry. While the number of family dependents no significant effect on the level of wages received by workers in the company Agribusiness industry.
