Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect transfarmasional leadership and motivation towards work ethic. The population in this study were all employees of the hospital nursing Dr.Rasidin Padang. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. With the sample used was eighty seven nursers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and motivation positive effect on work ethics
