ANALISIS PENGARUH BI RATE, SIBOR, JUMLAH UANG BEREDAR, PDB, INFLASI TERHADAP NILAI TUKAR RUPIAH DI INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove whether the variable BI Rate, SIBOR, JUB, GDP and inflation have an influence on the exchange rate in Indonesia (Rp / USD). The data used in this research is time series data starting from 1987 to 2014. Data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics, Financial Statistics Indonesia, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the International Financial Statistics report. To see the relationship and influence of each variable we use multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the variable BI rate, JUB, GDP had a significant impact on the rupiah in Indonesia (Rp / USD). While variable SIBOR and inflation does not significantly influence the exchange rate in Indonesia (Rp / USD).
