ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA PADA INDUSTRI KECIL DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is working to boost the national economy in order to improve people's welfare. But the high population growth and population of Indonesia will hinder development, if not offset by the expansion of employment opportunities and improving the quality of the labor force. The government or the private sector has limited capacity to provide new jobs.
The purpose of this study were (1) .To analyze the influence of the business unit on employment in small industry in the city of Padang. (2). To analyze the effect of capital to labor absorption in the small industrial city of Padang. The analytical method used is by using multiple linear regression analysis.
The research result t test showed that the number of business units (4.912) and capital (3.430)> (t_tabel 2,160) positive and significant effect on employment in the City Padang small industries.
