ABSTRACT
This study aimed to get the empirical evidence the effect of the Internet service Banking and Bank image toward customer Loyality. This study used ,accidental sampling technique. The sample was 100 respondents which of customerof Bank syariah mandiri at Bukittinggi. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires method of research is descriptive multiple linear regression analysis,T-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is performed by using SPSS found that internet service banking and bank image the result of the research effect positive and significant to consumers loyality..
