ANALISIS KINERJA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN KOPERASI PEGAWAI NEGERI KECAMATAN PARIANGAN DI KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Abstract

Performance analysis and its influence on the development of civil servants in district cooperative Pariangan Tanah Datar District. Thecnical analysis technique used is quantitative methods. The members aspects (costumers), the results was obtained, showing that the quality of the costumer service of saving and loan Business Unit in ditrict cooperative Pariangan Tanah Datar is satisfactory. Aspect of internal processes this showed the quality of the costumer service satisfaction is positive or good. Aspect growth and learning is employee satisfaction of district cooperative Pariangan is positive or good. Based on the calculating and the overall regression results show excellent performance.
