Pengaruh Efektivitas Penggunaan, Pelatihan, dan Kepercayaan Atas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Perbankan di Sumatera Barat)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of usage effectiveness, training, and trust to accounting information systems to employee performance banking company in West Sumatera. The data are distributed and collected by purposive sampling technique to the respondents. The samples used in this study are the employees accounting users accounting information system who work in banking company in west sumatera with a total of 160 respondents.

The results of hypothesis testing found that usage effectiveness SIA have a not significant effect on employee performance. While the training and trust to accounting information system have a significant effect on employee performance.
