In the Indonesian economic development, employment remains a major problem. This is because the disparity or inequality to get it. Highlights of this problem stems from the gap between the growth in the labor force on the one hand and the progress of various sectors of the economy to absorb labor from other parties.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of the business unit, labor and production value of small industries in the South Coastal District. The analytical method used is by using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis Testing using partial test (t test), Simultaneous Test (Test F), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). And classical assumption test autocorrelation, Multicollinearity Test, Test Heteroskidastity and Normality Test.
The results showed that significantly influence the business unit production value of small industries in the South Coastal District, while Labor not significant effect on the production value of small industries in the South Coastal District
