KONTRIBUSI SEKTOR PERTANIAN TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstract

Development of the agricultural sector aimed at increasing agricultural production in order to fulfill the needs of food and domestic industries and increasing farmers' income, expand employment opportunities and promote equity. This study aims to determine how big the agricultural sector contribution to Gross Domestic Product in the district of Padang Pariaman is by way of explaining how the influence of the number of agricultural laborers, agricultural investment and consumption of agricultural sector to total income Gross Regional Domestic Product in Padang Pariaman regency. This research method using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the number of agricultural investment, consumption significantly influence the agricultural sector Gross Domestic Product in the district of Padang Pariaman. Meanwhile, agricultural laborers are not significant to the Gross Domestic Product in the district of Padang Pariaman. Overall using regression analysis method workforce agricultural sector, agricultural sector investment and consumption significantly influence the agricultural sector Gross Domestic Product in the district of Padang Pariaman.
