Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, job satisfaction and organizational culture on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Padang.Samples in this study were all employees of PT. Altrak 1978 Padang totaling 35 people. Techniques used in sampling is a census method, in which the entire population sampled. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study found that the characteristics of the work is not a positive influence on employees' organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive influence on employees' organizational commitment. Organizational culture positive influence on the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Padang.
