Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Abstract
This study aims to determine empirically the effect of work stress and the work environment to employee satisfaction department of energy and mineral resources of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study were all employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources totaling 80 respondents. Techniques used in sampling is a method in which the census data used is primary data through questionnaires. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, while the independent variables in this study was the stress of work and the working environment. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the stress of work and the working environment positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra Province.Keywords: work stress, work environment, employee satisfaction
