ANALISIS PERILAKU KERJA KONTRAPRODUKTIF PADA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI PENGADILAN AGAMA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know how is counterproductive work behavior of civil servant in Religious Court of Sungai Penuh. The object of this research was done on the civil servant in religious court of Sungai Penuh. The population in this research is all staff of the civil servant at religious court of Sungai Penuh, and the population is about 41 persons. This research method used is descriptive analysis. The result of this research was showed about the majority of staff of civil servant in the religious court in Sungai Penuh city who have highest level of counterproductive work behavior.
