Abstract

This study aims to analyze the empirical influence on self-leadership, reward systems and working environment of the commitment of the profession of primary school teachers District of Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman. In this study used a sample of 75 teachers. Information data search process conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The dependent variable in this study is the commitment of the profession, while the independent variables in this study were self-leadership, reward systems, and the work environment. Multiple regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that self-leadership and reward systems influence the commitment of the profession, while the work environment does not affect the commitment of the teaching profession in primary schools District of Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman.
