Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational climate to organizational citizenship behavior in Lubuk Sikaping hospital nurses. The sample in this study is a hospital nurse Lubuk Sikaping.yang amounted to 74 people. Techniques used in sampling is a method of census. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using T-test statistical test to prove the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individual. The results of this study found that job satisfaction is a significant negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational leadership is positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational climate positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hospital Nurses power Lubuk Sikaping Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
