Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Keadilan Distributif dan Internal Locus Of Control Terhadap Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

This study aimed at getting empirical evidence of the influence of
transformational leadership, distributive justice and internal locus of control
toward motivation the employees motivation of Auto2000 BY PASS Padang. The
sample members of study was 32 Auto2000 BY PASS employee of marketing
board which was taken by using total sampling Technique. The technique of
analysing used in this study was multiple regression and t-test analysis. Based on
hypothesis testing, it was found that transformational leadership had no
significant influence toward working motivation of marketing employee of
Auto2000 BY PASS Padang. In addition, it was found that distributive justice and
internal locus of control had significant influence individually toward working
motivation of marketing employee of Auto2000 BY PASS Padang.
