PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN, DESENTRALISASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KETIDAKPASTIAN LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL (Studi Empiris Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kota Padang )

Abstract

The research is conducted with a purpose to find out the influence of budgetting participation, desentralization, organization commitment, and environment uncertainty toward managerial performance on Padang Government. Data used in this research the primary data in the form of a questionnaire that measured using likert scale. This study population is SKPD Padang City Government. The sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Samples were obtained by 62 questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis were processed using SPSS. These test result prove that the budgetary participation , decentralization, and organizational commitment has no effect on managerial performance SKPD, while the environmental uncertainty has effect on managerial performance SKPD.
