Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Kesbangpol Kota Padang
Abstract
This study aims to determine empirically the effect of characteristics of work, individual characteristics and climate organizational to employee satisfaction department of Kesbangpol Padang. The sample in this study were all employees of Kesbangpol Padang totaling 35 respondents. Techniques used in sampling is a method in which the census data used is primary data through questionnaires. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, while the independent variables in this study was the characteristics of work, individual characteristics and climate organizational. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.Key Word: Characteristics of Work, Individual Characteristics, Climate Organizational, and Employee Satisfaction.
