FAKTOR KUALITAS PELAYANAN, STORE ATMOSPHERE YANG MEMPENGARUHI LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DI CAFE KARAMBIA PADANG
Abstract
Purpose of research is to investigate the influence of service quality and store atmosphere onloyalty of customer Café Karambia. In this study population is all customers who visit the Café
Karambia Padang. The samples used in this study was 60 respondents. While the sampling
method used in this research using accidental sampling method, in taking a sample basis based
on chance, that anyone who by chance met with investigators. Analysis technique data used is
multiple regression linear. Research found that service quality and store atmosphere have
positive and significant impact on customer Café Karambia loyalty
