Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi Internasional Terhadap Semangar Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bungo
Abstract
AbstractThis study has purposed to get empirical evidence of the influence of
transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on employee
morale Bungo District Education Office. The sample size used was 89 employees
Bungo District Education Office. The data used are primary data obtained
through questionnaires conducted through field observations. In this study used
two categories of variables. The first dependent variable is morale. Both
independent variables consisting of transformational leadership and
interpersonal communication. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis
is multiple regression analysis and t-test statistics. Based on the results of
hypothesis testing indikated that transformational leadership and interpersonal
communication individually significant effect on employee morale Kabupaten
Bungo Education Office.
