Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the empirical influence on organizational justice, career development and dyadic quality of job satisfaction of the district office employees of North Padang, Padang. Information data search process conducted by distributing questionnaires to 69 respondents. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, while the independent variables in this study were organizational justice, career development and dyadic quality. Multiple regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that dyadic quality influence the job satisfaction while the organizational justice and career development does not affect the job satisfaction of the district office employees of North Padang, Padang City.
