PENGARUH KESESUAIAN INDIVIDUAL DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP NILAI INTEGRITAS MORAL PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH KOTA PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of individual suitability and impact on the value of moral integrity Padang city government employees. The object of this research is the Regional Employment Board of Padang. Agencies Employees Regional Employment Board of Padang who had cases are as many as 45 people. So, all employees that had the case become the object of this study. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires distributed to respondents, all employees BKD Kota Padang. The data used is primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test statistics to demonstrate the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individual.
Our research found that the suitability of individual jobs and the suitability of individual organizations positive effect on the moral integrity of government officials desert city.
