Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leader member exchange, perceived organizational support, and job enrichment to work motivation of employee of PT. Astra Internasional Daihatsu Padang. The sample of this research is 48 employee of PT. Astra Internasional Daihatsu Padang. Sampling technik that used in this research is census method and the data that used in this research is primer data which is colected with quesioner. Independent variable that used in this research is leader member exchange, perceived organizational support, and job enrichment. Dependent variable that used in this research is work motivation. The data analysis method that used in this research is multiple linier regression method. The result of this research is shown that leader member exchange has negative effect on work motivation, perceived organizational support has no effect on work motivation, and job enrichment has possitive effect on work motivation of employee of PT. Astra Internasional Daihatsu Padang.
