Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of managerial
ownership, company size, and sales growth on debt policy in sub sector
automotive and component that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014.
The sample in this research is 10 company that listed in sub sector automotive
and component. The method in this research is multiple linier regression but first
the data has to pass normality test. The result of this research is that manager
ownership and sales growth does not have effect on debt policy and company size
has effect on debt policy in sub sector automotive and component that listed on
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014.
