The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the working environment and workload against work stress on employees of PT. Perkebunan Teh Nusantara VI processing section. The population was 102 respondents. While the sampling method used in this study using census method, in which the entire population sampled. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study found that the working environment and workload positive and significant impact on work stress on employees of PT. Perkebunan Teh Nusantara VI processing section
