PENGARUH PELATIHAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN AKUNTANSI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment, work discipline and work stress to performance of accounting staff in the hotels at Padang. The sample in this research are the accounting staff hotels in Padang. The data is primary data in form of questionnaire which is given to the respondents. The number of questionnaire are 120, but total of questionnaire that can be processed are 100. Linear regression analysis is using for analized the data.
The result of this research shows that training, work environment and work stress have a positive and significant effect to the performance of accounting staff in the hotels at Padang. In contrast, work discipline doesn’t have positive and significant effect to performance of in accounting staff hotels in Padang.
