Dampak Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Eestate di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the financial performance of the company's profit growth in the property and real estate in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study the property and real estate company listed on the Stock Exchange since 2010 through 2014 totaling 32 companies. Techniques used in sampling is a census method, in which the entire population sampled. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using T-test statistical test to prove the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individual. The results of this study found that the Debt Ratio (DR) significant positive effect on profit growth in the company's property and real estate in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on profit growth, Total Asset Turnover (TAT) has no effect on earnings growth and net profit margin (NPM) significant positive effect on profit growth.
