PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN AKUTANSI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation and financial compensation to employee performance of accounting staff in the hotels at Padang. The sample in this research are the accounting staff hotels in Padang. The data is primary data in form of a questionnaire which is given to the respondents. The number of questionnaire are 120, but total of questionnaire that can be processed are 105. Linear regression analysis is using for analized the data.

The results of this research shows that motivation and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect tho the employee performance of accounting staff in the hotels at Padang. In the contrast, work training doesn’t have positive and significant effect  to  employee performance of in accounting staff hotels in Padang.
