Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Quality of Work Life Karyawan Pada PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Kabupaten Dharmasraya

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the effect of climate organizational, occupational
health and occupational safety totheQualityofWork Life(QWL) ofemployeesPTTidar Kerinci
Agung Dharmasraya.Inthis study,thesampleisused215employees,whichallofthe populationis
usedsample.Techniques used in sampling is a method in which the census data used is
primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear
regression analysis.The results of these studies show that climate organizational,
occupational health and occupational safety positive effect on quality of work life of
employees a PT Tidar Kerinci Agung Dharmasraya.
