ANALISIS PERANAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UKM) TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

The growth of population a country's that is accompanied with the increase of the
labor has caused its own problems. This is partly due to the non-functioning of all
sectors in public life and not the development in all fields, so that job availability is
not balanced with the rate of population with growth rapidly and dynamically.
Analysis of the data used for this study is using multiple linear regression analysis
method. Testing hypotheses using partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and
test the coefficient of determination (R). Classical Assumption Test with normality
test, test Multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on the
results of data processing, it can be seen that the regression model there is no
irregularity in the classical assumption test. From the test results F explained that the
number of business units (X1), investments (X2), and the production value (X3)
positive and significant impact on employment in the city of Padang on a 95%
confidence level.
