Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this researh is to determined the influence of work environment and organization culture on work motivation. The object of this research is the leader of padang panjang working units. The sample of this researh are 45 leader of padang panjang working units. In this research used two kind of variables, which are dependent variable and independent variable. Dependent is work motivation mean while independent variable consist of work environment, orgnization culture. the result of this research shown that work environment effect positive on work motivation, orgnization culture has negative effect on work motivation of the leader who work in Padang Panjang work unit working.
