ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, UPAH MINIMUM DAN KESEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP PENGANGGURAN TERDIDIK DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of variable levels of education, minimum wages and
employment to the educated unemployed in the city of Padang. The data used in this research
is time series data from 2001 to 2015 were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics.
To view the connection and the effect of each variable that we use multiple linear regression
analysis, with the classical assumption as a test of normality test, multicollinearity,
heteroscedastisity and autocorrelation test, and the statistical test between the test of
determination (R2), t test, and test F
These results showed that education have a significant impact and positive on educated
unemployment in Padang City, and minimum wage have a significant impact and negative on
educated unemployment in Padang City. Whereas, the employment opportunities did not
have significant impact and positive on educated unemployment.
