Library are central information, knowledge,research, act and save of nation culture.
Library make note history that is result cultural of human that such as art, idea, philosopy,
technology and the another.The satisfied of visitor is pretesion each libraries. Moreover,
important to survival of library, The satisfied of visitor can improve superiority in
compatision. The visitor that safisfied to honors sevice tend to use back honors when
necessity will be back whenever.The satisfied of customer is feel of visitor after compare
between what they receive and their hope, The customer, if they feel satisfied by with value
that give by product or honors, the big possibility be cusmoter in long time.To get satisfied of
visitor there are thing that predispose, such as customer service, fasilities, and location.
Customer service is the first predispose that level of arriver satisfieds of libraries.
