Baggage is a passenger luggage that contains goods that the passenger needs to use during the trip given permission by the airport port. Baggage in Act No. 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation, baggage is divided into two types, namely checked baggage and cabin baggage. Theft of luggage items on an aircraft is applied in Article 362 of the Criminal Code, a passenger with the initial TB has lost a Handphone in a registered baggage airline airline lion with the flight number JT 257 from Supadio Airport to Minangkabau International Airport. The formulation is: (1) What is the role of the Minangkabau International Airport Regional Sector Police in tackling the crime of theft of luggage on an airplane?
