Tugas Dan Wewenang Dinas Kesehatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 Tentang Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Kelurahan Tanah Garam Kota Solok
Abstract
Health Services are mandatory affairs that must be carried out by the district / city. Basic services are a function of the government in providing and taking care of the basic needs of the community to improve the level of people's welfare. The State has an obligation to fulfill the needs of the community for health services regulated in Government Regulation Number 47 of 2016 concerning Health Service Facilities. In its implementation, the problem of health services is the duty and authority of the Health Office. Problem formulation 1) How is the Implementation of Duties and Authorities of the Health Office based on Government Regulation Number 47 of 2016 concerning Health Service Facilities in Tanah Garam Village, Solok City. 2) what are the obstacles faced by the Health Service based on Government Regulation Number 47 of 2016 concerning Health Service Facilities in the Tanah Garam Village of Solok City. 3) How are the efforts of the Health Service based on Government Regulation Number 47 of 2016 concerning Health Service Facilities in the Tanah Garam Village of Solok City. The method used in this study is a sociological juridical method that is by studying documents, interviews as a data source. Results of the study 1) The implementation of the duties and authority of the Solok City Health Office was effective but there was still something that needed improvement. 2) Constraints faced by the Health Service are many facilities that are lacking in the Tanah Garam Village 3) Efforts are made to increase health services to the community in the Tanah Garam Village. Keywords: Facilities, Health Services.
