Abstract

Credit life insurance (AJK) is an insurance program designed to provide protection against the soul of the lender over refund guarantee credit. In life insurance, the credit event is certainly not the death of the person who is the soul of dipertanggungkan. When an event is not necessarily the case then the beneficiary will be given compensation by the insurer. Furthermore if the compensation is not paid by the insurer the insured or the beneficiary may file a lawsuit to the authorities to resolve the dispute. The problem is: 1) how did the process of dispute resolution between the consumer plaintiffs with PT. Cigna Insurance? 2) is the basis of consideration of Consumer dispute resolution Bodies (BPSK) Padang city grant lawsuit plaintiff? This research is the juridical sociological research. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. From the results it can be concluded that: 1) the dispute resolution Process is done in consumer arbitration and award in the judge granting the plaintiff's lawsuit only part 2) Reason BPSK Padang city granted the lawsuit plaintiffs portion Cigna Insurance karenapihak have an error because it is not ordered to Alm. Supardi to do general health checks into the hospital as evidence that the data has been entered in the true existence of SPPK.
